The softest fur in town

I thought this would be a good picture to use to make up for scaring people with the mating slugs picture.

Of all the wild animals out there, it is the wolf that captures my imagination and love the most. Perhaps it is because they are so much like us in the way they socialize among themselves. But I have never held a feeling that they were evil. In fact, I have always found their howl to be one of the most beautiful sounds I've ever heard.

There was a pack of 6 wolves at this zoo, which makes for some great photo opportunities if they are up and around. By having this many wolves in one enclosure, they tend to act more naturally, displaying more expressive postures to one another. I really look forward to going back again, and capturing many more images.
